Juice Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading property business for the appointment of an experienced Office Manager to join their growing team.
This pivotal role will see the successful candidate managing the smooth day-to-day running of the office, supporting senior leadership, and ensuring organisational efficiency across the business. Acting as a central point of coordination, the Office Manager will oversee onboarding, HR administration, facilities, insurance, events, and executive support — helping to maintain a professional, efficient, and positive company image.

DAY TO DAY:
- Manage onboarding and HR administration: contracts, documentation, and personnel records.
- Oversee office operations: supplies, equipment, insurance, and supplier management.
- Plan and deliver company events, from internal gatherings to client-facing seminars.
- Provide executive support to senior leadership: diary management, travel, correspondence, and documentation.
- Act as a central liaison between departments, staff, and external stakeholders.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous experience as a PA, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach — able to anticipate needs.
- Confident communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
DESIRABLE:
- Event planning and venue sourcing experience.
- Some HR knowledge (onboarding, contracts, compliance).
AND FOR YOU:
- £35,000 – £40,000 per annum.
