Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a people focused and award-winning company, with the appointment of an Operations & Office Administrator to join their team.
This role sits at the heart of the business, supporting smooth day-to-day operations across HR administration, office management, and internal coordination. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping processes organised, the office running seamlessly, and employees well supported from onboarding through to exit. It’s a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, ownership, and making things work better behind the scenes.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
- Assist with recruitment administration and coordination
- Prepare, finalise, and issue employment contracts
- Manage onboarding processes including IT setup and new starter packs
- Coordinate leaver processes and ensure all documentation and access is completed
- Oversee office management including budgets, supplies, food, coffee, and equipment
- Organise internal social events and support company culture initiatives
- Provide light marketing and presentation support alongside the Marketing Manager
- Manage office insurance, certificates, and policy documentation
- Support with packs, presentations, and internal materials as required
