Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a respected Gloucestershire-based organisation in the search for an experienced Operations Manager (Exams) to lead a critical operational function within a busy and dynamic environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven people leader who enjoys driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams and delivering outstanding stakeholder service. Previous examinations experience is not essential, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates from operational management, administration, compliance, education, customer service or regulated environments.
The Role:
As Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a dedicated team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement while ensuring the delivery of a professional and customer-focused service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing operational team.
- Creating a positive culture that promotes accountability, development and continuous improvement.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, managers and departmental leaders across the organisation.
- Acting as a trusted partner to operational and academic teams to ensure services meet business needs.
- Reviewing and improving systems, processes and procedures to maximise efficiency and service delivery.
- Driving service improvements through data analysis, feedback and operational insight.
- Developing expertise within a regulated operational environment and ensuring compliance requirements are effectively implemented.
- Supporting organisational change, improvements and best practice initiatives.

- The ability to manage competing priorities while delivering exceptional service standards.
Desirable experience includes:
- Working within education or further education settings.
- Managing compliance-led or regulated processes.
- Leading service improvement and change management initiatives.
- Knowledge of examinations, assessments or awarding body processes.
