Juice is delighted to be partnering with a prominent property business in Bath in their search for an Operations Manager to join and help develop a new team.
The role involves ensuring excellent service delivery to clients, managing KPIs, budgets, and data, and maintaining high operational standards. You will be managing a small team, undertaking performance reviews, 1-2-1s, and ensuring operational procedures are being met within your team.
A background in operations, property, and housing is essential, with a focus on people management, driving performance, compliance, account management, and reporting.
DAY TO DAY
- Maximise performance of stock within key performance areas, operating within SLA, supporting the portfolio manager, and recommending process improvements
- Assess operational procedures, determine best practice, and implement standards
- Oversee accommodation stock levels and optimise performance
- Conduct one-to-one sessions with team members, providing support, guidance, feedback, and identifying training needs
- Manage the complaints process, analyse root causes, document issues, and implement measures to prevent recurrence
- Foster collaboration with internal teams to promote productive working partnerships
- Work closely with external stakeholders, providing updates and high-quality reports
- Oversee and mitigate risks, including health & safety, compliance with legislation, meeting KPIs, and insurance claims (including third-party liability)
- Perform regular internal audits in partnership with the portfolio manager to ensure adherence to procedures
- Work closely with the portfolio manager to fully understand requirements, meeting regularly to review progress and performance
- Ensure the customer experience is consistently positive
