Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an exciting and ambitious digital marketing agency in their search for a Paid Media Specialist to join their growing team in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paid Media professional to take ownership of campaigns across a varied client portfolio while developing within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
This role would suit someone analytical, proactive and passionate about paid media, who enjoys combining creativity with data-led decision making to deliver exceptional campaign performance.
DAY TO DAY:
- Managing and optimising Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn and X
- Conducting keyword research, audience targeting and campaign structuring to maximise performance
- Monitoring campaign budgets, bids and ROI to ensure client objectives are achieved
- Analysing campaign data and producing insightful performance reports with clear recommendations
- Planning and executing A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborating with wider internal teams to support integrated marketing strategies
- Attending client meetings and confidently presenting campaign updates and recommendations
- Staying ahead of industry trends, platform updates and emerging PPC best practice
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Several years of hands-on Paid Media experience across Google Ads and paid social
- Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, bidding strategies and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Google Analytics would be highly advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and commercially focused mindset
- Agency experience would be beneficial, although strong in-house backgrounds will also be considered
