Retail Assistant – Leading Retailer (Welwyn London)
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-known retailer with the appointment of a Retail Assistant to join their team in Welwyn London on a part-time contracted basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and has an interest in innovative technology products designed for everyday home and lifestyle use.
This role is 16 hours per week, paying £13.50 per hour, with an immediate start available. The contract will run until the end of 2026, with the possibility of extension. Full training will be provided and fully funded, giving you the knowledge and confidence to demonstrate and sell the products in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and showcase innovative technology products, helping customers understand how they can enhance everyday life at home.
Provide a welcoming and engaging customer experience, offering advice and product recommendations tailored to individual needs.
Confidently promote and sell products, contributing to overall store performance.
Build strong rapport with customers to create a positive and memorable shopping experience.
Maintain excellent product knowledge through the fully funded training provided.
Ensure the retail environment is well-presented, organised and inviting for customers.
You Will Be:
Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with customers.
Interested in technology products and comfortable demonstrating how they work.
Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
Reliable and able to commit to a 16-hour per week part-time schedule.
Previous retail or customer service experience would be beneficial, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
