Retail Stylist (Cambridge)
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-known national retailer with the appointment of a Retail Stylist to join their team in Cambridge on a part-time contracted basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate retail worker who enjoys working with customers and showcasing innovative hair technology products designed to enhance everyday styling routines.
This role is 12 hours per week, offering a part-time contract with an immediate start available and running until the end of 2026, with the potential to be extended. Full training will be provided and fully funded, with travel to the South West for specialist brand training, ensuring you feel confident demonstrating products and delivering exceptional styling experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Style customers’ hair in-store, showcasing how the products can be used to achieve a variety of looks.
Demonstrate innovative hair technology products, helping customers understand the benefits and how to use them effectively.
Use branded serums, creams and styling products to enhance results during demonstrations.
Provide personalised advice and recommendations based on customers’ hair type and styling needs.
Confidently close sales by guiding customers through product benefits and helping them choose the right tools and products.
Create a welcoming and engaging in-store experience while maintaining a professional and well-presented workspace.
You Will Be:
A qualified or experienced stylist with a passion for hair, styling and customer interaction.
Confident in demonstrating styling techniques and offering tailored advice to customers.
Comfortable recommending and selling products in a retail environment.
Friendly, approachable and able to build rapport with customers easily.
Excited to learn about innovative hair technology products through fully funded brand training.
Able to commit to a 16-hour per week part-time schedule.
