Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic client in their search for a People Coordinator on a 10 month FTC. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting employees across the business while contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Day to day:
- Act as the first point of contact for People and HR-related queries, providing timely and professional support to employees and managers.
- Support the day-to-day administration and coordination of People operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate employee records and become a key user of HR systems, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Coordinate learning and development activities, including training administration and tracking participation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback programmes, and action planning.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, helping to create a positive experience for candidates and new starters.
- Liaise with external providers and partners to support People-related services and initiatives.
- Conduct research into People best practices and emerging trends, helping to drive continuous improvement across the function.
- Contribute to a positive employee experience and support the delivery of the wider People strategy.

- Knowledgeable about employment law or keen to develop their understanding in this area.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Passionate about creating positive employee experiences and continuously improving ways of working.
