Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly respected Gloucestershire organisation in their search for a People Development Coordinator to join their People team.

The Role
Working closely with senior members of the People team, you'll play an important role in supporting a wide range of people-focused initiatives and projects, helping to deliver an outstanding employee experience across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and supporting People projects and improvement initiatives
- Assisting with the delivery of People Operations priorities and activities
- Maintaining project plans, communications and action trackers
- Gathering feedback and data to evaluate the success of People initiatives
- Supporting learning and development programmes, workshops and wellbeing activities
- Assisting with employee engagement and development events
- Supporting recruitment, attraction and onboarding activities when required
- Producing reports, management information and project documentation
- Maintaining accurate People records and systems
- Coordinating meetings, events and internal communications
- Building effective relationships with managers and colleagues across the business
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
About You
We're looking for a highly organised individual who can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
You'll ideally bring:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 and business systems
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset
Desirable experience includes:
- Previous experience within a HR, People or Learning & Development environment
- Experience producing reports and management information
- Exposure to recruitment and onboarding processes
- Experience within education or another regulated environment
- CIPD Level 3 qualification, or currently working towards it
