The ideal candidate will be confident, enthusiastic, and eager to build a long-term future in the property industry. This is a hands-on role, and we are looking for a true go-getter.
DAY TO DAY:
- Managing enquiries both over the phone and in person, acting as the first point of contact for the office
- Registering and engaging with potential tenants
- Matching properties to prospective tenants’ requirements
- Booking and attending regular viewings
- Reaching out to registered applicants to provide them with a market update
- Supporting with general administrative tasks
- Conducting property inspections
- Communicating with landlords and contractors
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous customer service experience (essential)
- A genuine interest in the property industry
- A friendly, sociable manner
- Self-motivated and able to work well on their own initiative
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied role
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
