Working as part of a close-knit team, you will play a key role in overseeing a diverse residential portfolio. The role is office-based, focusing on compliance, maintenance coordination, and tenant/landlord communications.
DAY TO DAY:

Manage reactive maintenance requests and instruct contractors

Liaise with block managers regarding communal issues

Process checkout reports and manage deposit returns
-
Ensure compliance across the portfolio, including certification renewals

Coordinate invoices and liaise with the finance team

Deliver outstanding customer service to both tenants and landlords
WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE:

1-2 years property management experience

Confident handling tenancy deposit returns and negotiations

Process and compliance driven with strong attention to detail

Highly organised, with the ability to work under pressure

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
