This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to develop with a business that genuinely champions success and professional development.
This role would suit someone currently working in lettings or property management who is passionate about delivering a high level of service and confident managing multiple responsibilities. You will act as the main point of contact for tenants, managing maintenance queries, scheduling repairs, and ensuring properties remain fully compliant.
DAY TO DAY
- Acting as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords post-let
- Managing key boxes and coordinating the distribution of keys to contractors
- Raising work orders and coordinating quotes, suppliers, and contractors
- Booking compliance checks, move-in and move-out cleans
- Sending check-in and check-out communications to tenants
- Preparing and organising welcome packs for new tenants
- Supporting with deposit negotiations and void property management
- Coordinating pre-move-in works and advising on post-inspection requirements
- Managing end-of-tenancy invoicing and key collections
- Booking property inspections and preparing vacant management reports
WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE
- A confident, proactive team player with a solid foundation in property or lettings (1/2 years’ experience ideally)
- An understanding of property management processes and compliance
- Excellent communication skills with a calm and professional approach
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- A natural relationship builder with both clients and tenants
