As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
DAY TO DAY:
- Managing a portfolio of properties on behalf of landlords
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and clients
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and property inspections
- Liaising with contractors and service providers
- Ensuring compliance with current property legislation and regulations
- Managing tenancy agreements, renewals, and rent collections
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a Property Manager, Lettings Negotiator, or Property role
- Proven experience managing a property portfolio (residential or commercial)
- Experience dealing directly with landlords, tenants, and contractors is desirable
- Strong understanding of tenancy agreements and lettings processes is desirable
- Experience handling maintenance issues and coordinating repairs
- Familiarity with property management software systems (desirable)
