Juice Recruitment are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a organised and proactive Property Manager to join a growing portfolio. This role requires exceptional time management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
You will play a key role in delivering high service levels to both landlords and tenants, making informed decisions, and supporting the wider team. This position suits someone who is professional, approachable, and keen to develop their career within lettings and property management.
DAY TO DAY:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance works, ensuring timely resolution in line with legislation and company policy
- Liaise with contractors and approve invoices before submission to accounts
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications
- Arrange property inspections, check-outs, and prepare detailed reports
- Administer tenancy renewals, terminations, and deposit releases in line with regulations
- Prepare and issue tenancy agreements and associated documentation
- Ensure all pre-tenancy requirements and safety checks are completed prior to move-in
- Ensure adherence to all relevant property legislation and company procedures
- Arrange and monitor Gas Safety checks and other required compliance certifications
- Report any compliance issues to management promptly
- Manage utility transfers and council tax arrangements at tenancy start/end
- Maintain accurate records for landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Highlight issues such as outstanding maintenance or complaints
- Attend monthly meetings with compliance leadership
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience in property management or lettings
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and within a team
- Professional, positive, and detail-oriented approach
- Full UK driving licence required
WORKING HOURS:
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 ( no weekends)
- Alternating Wednesday half-days (morning/afternoon rotation)
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with service
