This is a varied and people-focused opportunity suited to someone who is proactive, personable and highly organised, with a genuine desire to deliver an excellent service.
DAY TO DAY:
- Building positive working relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and applicants.
- Handling enquiries and providing a professional and responsive customer service.
- Organising repairs and maintenance works and coordinating with relevant contractors.
- Arranging property inspections, visits and check-outs.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property and tenancy records.
- Supporting tenancy renewals, agreements and associated administration.
- Marketing available properties and conducting viewings.
- Monitoring property compliance requirements, including safety certificates and inspections.
- Managing day-to-day issues with a calm, practical and solutions-focused approach.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Desirable experience
- Experience within property management, lettings or estate agency.
- Transferable experience from customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, logistics or another customer-focused environment.
- An ARLA qualification or an interest in studying towards one.
Working hours
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm.
- Saturday, 9.00am - 1.00pm on a one-in-three rota.
Previous property experience is not essential. Applications are welcomed from individuals with transferable experience gained within customer service, hospitality, retail, administration, logistics or another fast-paced environment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
