You’ll be responsible for driving new instructions, advising landlords on rental values and market conditions, and ensuring properties are marketed and let efficiently and professionally. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong landlord relationships and supporting the wider lettings team to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, providing ongoing advice and guidance

Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive lead generation

Carry out rental valuations and advise on pricing and market positioning

Oversee the marketing of properties, including listings, photography, and promotional content

Conduct property visits and viewings where required

Manage a pipeline of instructions and contribute towards individual and team targets

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end lettings process

Act as a key point of contact between landlords and support teams

Keep up to date with lettings legislation, market trends, and best practice

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards
WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE:

Proven experience in residential lettings (minimum 3 years)

Experience carrying out rental valuations

Strong knowledge of the local Bristol lettings market

Confident sales and negotiation skills

Full UK driving licence and own transport
AND FOR YOU:

Basic salary between £30,000–£35,000 (depending on experience)

Realistic OTE up to £48,000
