This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys a varied role across purchase ledger, reconciliations, and financial administration.
We are particularly keen to speak with candidates who have experience in finance administration, accounts payable, or purchase ledger roles.
DAY TO DAY
- Processing refunds, direct debits, and credit card transactions.
- Completing bank reconciliations and uploading daily payments.
- Managing invoice processing and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Monitoring supplier accounts, ensuring they are reconciled ahead of month-end.
- Handling stock claims and booking in stock deliveries.
- Preparing and managing franchise statements.
- Communicating with customers regarding bounced cheques and missing payments.
- Liaising with franchises to resolve failed invoices, credits, and payment issues.
- Managing company vehicle administration, including fines, tax, and fuel cards.
WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE
- Previous experience in a finance administration, purchase ledger, or accounts role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with reconciliations and invoice processing.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and finance systems.
- A proactive and reliable approach with a commitment to accuracy.
