Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading organisation in their search for an experienced Quality Manager. This is a pivotal role responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously improving quality management systems, ensuring compliance with recognised standards and supporting successful audits, inspections and accreditations.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Quality Manager will champion quality across the organisation and play a key role in driving best practice, assurance and continuous improvement.
DAY TO DAY:

Develop, deliver, maintain and review quality management systems across the organisation

Plan, conduct and report on internal audits in line with ISO 19011

Support and maintain UKAS accreditation (ISO 17025, ISO 17065 and other relevant schemes)

Manage internal audits, inspections and assessments to agreed budgets and timescales

Ensure robust document control and compliance monitoring across all schemes

Provide expert advice on quality, assurance and compliance matters

Support investigation and resolution of serious or escalated complaints

Produce clear management information, reports and audit outcomes
-
Work collaboratively across departments to ensure processes and systems remain compliant

Monitor regulatory and sector changes and assess impact on the business

Act as a quality ambassador, promoting a strong culture of continuous improvement
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-
Proven experience in a Quality Management role

Trained and competent in relevant standards ISO 9001, ISO 19011, ISO 17025, ISO 17065

Strong working knowledge of quality systems, auditing and compliance

Experience working with UKAS or similar external auditing bodies

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within deadlines

Strong IT skills, including MS Office and database system
