This is a dynamic, varied position where no two days are the same — you’ll play a crucial part in keeping front-of-house running smoothly while supporting wider business operations across multiple office locations. From delivering a first-class client experience to providing administrative, logistical, and facilities support, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00
Location: Office-based
Salary: Circa £28,000 per annum
DAY TO DAY:
- Welcome clients and visitors, creating a professional and warm first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and external telephone answering services.
- Oversee meeting room bookings, visitor logistics, and staff/client car parking requests.
- Support with staff onboarding and internal communications such as absence notifications and call redirection.
- Coordinate travel bookings and occasional event support.
- Act as the key point of contact for building and facilities issues, escalating as needed.
- Assist in managing office compliance including Health & Safety and GDPR adherence.
- Help organise and maintain operational procedures and office documentation.
- Provide administrative support to internal teams across various sites.
- Liaise with external suppliers and service providers when necessary.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer-focused administrative role.
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient IT skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office, Teams).
- Friendly, professional, and approachable with a strong team ethic.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve and adapt.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- A flexible and collaborative approach to support the wider business needs.
DESIRABLE:
- Previous experience in professional services, or multi-office setting.
- Knowledge of GDPR or office health and safety processes.
- Comfortable handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Able to identify process improvements and take initiative.
