Receptionist - Filton, BS34
Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation based in Filton, BS34, with their search for a friendly, professional and organised Receptionist to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a front-of-house environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional experience for visitors.
The role will initially be offered on an ongoing temporary basis, with a minimum commitment of 2 weeks, starting Wednesday 14th October. There is also the opportunity for the position to become permanent for the right person.
DAY TO DAY:

Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Directing visitors to the correct point of contact for meetings

Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring they are prepared ahead of meetings

Printing and preparing relevant meeting documentation

Ensuring meeting rooms and communal office spaces are clean, tidy and presentable

Filing and organising documentation

Liaising with colleagues via email and face to face to coordinate visitors and meetings

Ensuring visitors have a positive and professional experience

Providing general administrative support where required
There is no outbound or inbound telephone work involved in this position, with communication being primarily via internal mobile, email or face to face.

Previous experience within a reception, front-of-house or office environment would be advantageous
