Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading Facilities Management organisation in their search for a Regional Area Manager to join their team.
The role offers remote working, with the option to work from the company’s office in Weston-super-Mare if preferred. You will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations across Bristol, Weston-super-Mare and Gloucester, with regular travel between sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Area Manager looking to progress into a Regional Management position, or an established Regional Manager seeking their next challenge.
You will be responsible for managing site teams, maintaining high standards of service delivery, supporting day-to-day operations and building strong client relationships. The successful candidate will be hands-on, commercially aware and confident managing multiple sites, with a proactive approach to improving operational performance and supporting business growth.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing cleaning operations across multiple sites within the region.
- Managing, supporting and developing Site Supervisors and cleaning teams.
- Conducting regular site visits, inspections and quality checks.
- Providing hands-on cleaning support and operational cover when required.
- Managing staffing levels, rotas, attendance and payroll processes.
- Monitoring operational costs, budgets and financial performance.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and site contacts.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, COSHH and company procedures.
- Identifying opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency and team performance.
- Supporting regional growth and developing existing client relationships.
YOU WILL HAVE:
- Previous experience within contract cleaning, facilities management or a similar operational environment.
- Experience managing multiple sites, cleaning teams or Site Supervisors.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to support operational teams when required.
- Strong organisational, communication and people management skills.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of operational budgets and financial performance is preferable.
- A full UK manual driving licence and the ability to travel throughout the region.
