Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and values-driven care provider in their search for a Registered Manager to lead a supported living and domiciliary care service in Weymouth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional looking to make a genuine difference while leading a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional person-centred support.
The Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and service delivery are maintained. You will play a pivotal role in creating a positive culture where individuals are empowered to live fulfilling, independent lives while receiving high-quality support tailored to their needs.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will ensure CQC compliance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage service quality, oversee staffing and budgets, and support the professional development of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a supported living and domiciliary care service.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
- Promote and maintain exceptional person-centred care standards.
- Oversee safeguarding, medication management, health and safety, and risk management.
- Manage staffing, recruitment, rota planning, supervision, and performance.
- Drive service improvements through audits, quality monitoring, and action planning.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
- Manage service budgets and operational performance.
- Support business growth and occupancy through effective service promotion and assessment of care needs.
About You:
The successful candidate will bring:
- Significant experience managing adult social care services.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience supporting adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health needs.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Experience overseeing medication practices, safeguarding, and quality assurance processes.
- A recognised health and social care qualification, ideally at Level 4 or above.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for service users.
