Working within a financial services employer, this role can offer a great route into a long- term career opportunity within a vast industry. The role is situated within a team of 8 and whilst you will manage your own workload daily, you’ll need to be able to work within a team and cover workload of colleagues as and when required.
DAY TO DAY:
Liaising with existing clients over email and phone to maintain strong relationships
Receiving, uploading and updating documents, invoices, purchase orders and proof of delivery paperwork, adhering to deadlines
Updating CRM efficiently and with accuracy, chasing any outstanding paperwork, contacting clients to verify and update information
Managing ledger updates, eg client assignments, funding limits in line with Credit Policy Signing Authorities,
Supporting Relationship Managers by preparing funding proposals
Verifying customer verifications and credit control in line with credit policy,
Manage customer records for future review or follow up
Assist with the administration of onboarding new clients
