SALES ADMINISTRATOR
£15.38 per hour - £30,000 FTE
Temporary until end of January / Early February 2027
Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a busy and established commercial team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role, is confident supporting sales processes and can hit the ground running.
THE ROLE
· Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider sales and commercial team
· Processing sales orders and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
· Supporting customers and internal teams with queries, updates and general administration
· Managing and maintaining accurate records across internal systems
· Preparing reports and supporting the team with sales and commercial information
· Assisting with invoicing, expenses and other finance-related administration where required
· Liaising with internal departments to ensure orders and customer requirements are processed smoothly
· Managing changing priorities and working to deadlines within a busy environment
ABOUT YOU
· Previous experience within a Sales Administration, Sales Support, Commercial Administration or similar role
· Confident with order processing and general sales administration duties
· Strong attention to detail with good numerical and organisational skills
· Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets and reporting
· A confident communicator who can liaise with customers and internal teams
· Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
· Reliable, proactive and happy to get stuck in
· Available to start immediately and commit through to the end of January / early February 2027
THE BENEFITS
· £15.38 per hour (£30,000 FTE)
· Temporary position starting immediately through to the end of January / early February 2027
· 1 day working from home each week
· Flexible start time: 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
