This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities and working in a target-driven environment, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission alongside a competitive basic salary.
DAY TO DAY:
- Proactively generating and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound activity and research.
- Identifying and engaging with prospective clients via telephone, LinkedIn, email and other digital channels.
- Researching potential clients using LinkedIn, media, press and relevant sector insight.
- Building and nurturing professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date opportunity information within the CRM system.
- Working closely with the wider team and Sales function to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
- Sharing ideas, insight and best practice with colleagues.
- Working towards agreed activity and performance targets.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience within sales, business development or a target-driven environment.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- The ability to work comfortably towards daily activity and performance targets.
