Working within the audiology division of the business, you’ll play a key part in driving awareness, referrals, and engagement for life-enhancing hearing services delivered in patients' homes.

Day to Day:
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for converting warm leads and enquiries into appointments, maximising outbound opportunities, and engaging internal teams to promote audiology services. You’ll work closely with clinical teams, field staff, and the wider commercial team to ensure no opportunity is missed.

Contacting current and lapsed customers to promote audiology services

Converting warm leads and inbound enquiries into confirmed appointments

Supporting optometrists and field staff in making effective cross-referrals

Developing call scripts, email templates and campaign content to maximise engagement

Creating and delivering training on referral best practice to internal teams

Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on KPIs

Generating new ideas and initiatives to improve conversion rates

Working collaboratively with audiology and optometry teams to align on strategy
We’d love to see:

Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales or business development

Background in a healthcare, service-led or purpose-driven environment (preferred but not essential)

Confident, persuasive communication style with excellent phone manner

Ability to motivate and influence internal stakeholders

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in approach

Creative thinker who enjoys testing new approaches to engagement
In Return:

£25,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE c. £30,000)
