We are partnering with a growing saas organisation near Swindon, seeking a proactive and commercially minded Sales Manager to lead their Sales Department and drive growth across all revenue streams.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a team responsible for new business acquisition and customer success, taking ownership of revenue targets, sales strategy, and performance management.
The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the Swindon office, plus occasional travel to client sites and UK-wide conferences.
The day to day:
Leadership & Team Management

Lead and develop the New Business Lead and Customer Success Manager, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

Drive alignment on sales targets, operational delivery, and customer experience.

Focus on customer retention and ensure excellent service across a client base of over 1,000 customers.

Collaborate with other teams to optimise capacity, forecast accuracy, and efficient delivery of services.

Coach and mentor team members to achieve individual and departmental goals.
Sales Growth & Strategy

Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive new business and B2B revenue growth.

Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Work cross-functionally to align campaigns and service delivery with sales objectives.
Performance & KPI Management

Define and manage KPIs across the sales team, ensuring data-driven decision making.

Analyse pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and campaign results to identify improvement areas.

Provide regular reports and performance insights to senior leadership.
Customer Experience & Collaboration

Maintain strong customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Ensure customer feedback informs sales and marketing strategies.

Reporting & Forecasting

Produce accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and commercial analyses.

Marketing Oversight
