Receptionist / Administrator – Bath
Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation with their search for a professional and organised Receptionist to provide temporary cover through to mid-November, with the potential for extension.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous reception, administration or customer service experience who enjoys working in a people-focused environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere. You will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the site, assisting students, staff and visitors whilst providing general administrative support.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately

Providing general administrative support to assist with the smooth running of the site

Preparing replacement ID cards and maintaining an efficient process

Welcoming and assisting visitors, helping to guide people around the site

Supporting students, staff and visitors in a friendly, professional and approachable manner

Working independently and using initiative whilst having access to a wider office team for support
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

Previous experience in a receptionist, administration or customer-facing role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A calm, level-headed and professional approach, particularly when interacting with students

Someone organised, reliable and confident managing their workload independently

A friendly and approachable manner with a genuine passion for providing excellent service

The ability to use initiative whilst working collaboratively with colleagues
AND FOR YOU:

£13.65 per hour

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break

No cover required from 23rd–26th October due to half-term

COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS:

An Enhanced DBS check including the Children’s Barred List check for the children’s workforce, either completed within the last three months or relating to a role that ended within the last three months. Ideally, candidates will be registered with the DBS Update Service.

Two references, plus an additional reference from the candidate’s previous role working with children, confirming there were no safeguarding concerns.
