As they enter an exciting new phase of growth, they’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their ambitious team.
DAY TO DAY:
- Driving new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and onboarding new partners.
- Building strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders across a range of industries.
- Leading the full sales cycle from first contact through to successful handover.
- Spotting opportunities in the market, staying ahead of competitors, and identifying trends.
- Working closely with colleagues to share insights, successes, and market knowledge.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven track record of smashing new business targets (5+ years at senior level).
- Confident in cold outreach, complex sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Strategic thinker who can create and execute go-to-market plans.
- Excellent communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organised with a collaborative approach.
- Experience in financial services, consumer credit, or B2B2C partnerships would be a bonus, but not essential.
