DAY TO DAY:
- Processing administration requests, liaising with advisers, product providers and client via telephone letter and email
- Acting as point of contact via phone to all external calls
- Preparing client documentation for adviser meetings, tracking business progress with providers, and ensuring all workflow meets our high standards and deadlines. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Proactively participating in client meetings, agreeing actions and completing workflow in a timely manner, scanning and linking relevant documents
- Supporting new business applications and ensuring compliance via CRM
- Tracking progressing of new business applications and updating advisers accordingly
- Processing general admin within agreed timescales, preparing documents for adviser meetings - client packs, valuations, reports and illustrations
WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE:
- At least 2 years’ experience working within a financial services environment, preferably in investments or pensions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using Intelligent Office
- Good understanding of Wrap platforms like Standard Life and AJ Bell
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
