This is a senior, hands-on creative position where you will define, lead and elevate the visual identity of a premium food, drink and gifting portfolio. You will shape how the brand is experienced across packaging, campaigns and multi-channel storytelling, ensuring every touchpoint reflects provenance, craftsmanship and a world-class aesthetic.
This role is fully office-based and will suit a creative leader who thrives in a collaborative, immersive environment.
The day to day:
As Senior Creative, you will be responsible for driving creative expression across the brand’s commercial channels, leading the design of packaging, campaigns and storytelling frameworks that support revenue growth and long-term brand equity.
You will sit within the Commerce team, setting seasonal and long-term creative direction, owning the full lifecycle of packaging and brand design, and providing creative leadership across campaigns, retail storytelling and digital content.
Creative vision & brand direction

Lead the development of seasonal creative worlds, campaign concepts and storytelling frameworks

Define, evolve and protect the overarching creative direction for packaging and brand design

Act as a guardian of brand expression across all commerce channels including online, retail, wholesale, campaigns and partnerships

Ensure all visual outputs uphold brand integrity, narrative consistency and premium positioning
Packaging design & innovation

Lead ideation and development of original packaging concepts rooted in provenance and product story

Explore materials, structures and finishes to elevate premium perception and customer delight

Drive innovation across sustainability, print techniques and form

Design mock-ups, prototypes and conceptual directions for cross-functional review
Artwork, production & quality leadership

Oversee the journey from concept to production-ready artwork in collaboration with in-house artworkers

Work closely with suppliers and printers to deliver exceptional production quality

Ensure regulatory accuracy, labelling compliance and technical specifications

Own quality control, pre-production approvals and final sign-off across all packaging lines
Cross-functional collaboration & creative leadership

Mentor and guide designers, freelancers and creative partners

Lead concept reviews and present ideas confidently to senior stakeholders

Collaborate closely with marketing, retail, product, production and estate teams

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clarity, structure and pace
Multi-channel creative & campaign support

Provide creative leadership across campaigns and content development

Shape visuals for digital, email, advertising, POS and retail environments

What you'll bring:

5–8+ years’ experience in brand, packaging or multi-channel design

Proven experience leading creative direction, seasonal concepts and campaigns

Expert Adobe Creative Suite skills

Strong knowledge of packaging production, materials, finishes and print processes

Experience managing artwork, suppliers and production partners

Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

Experience within premium food, drink, lifestyle or artisan brands

Knowledge of sustainable packaging practices

Art direction experience

Experience mentoring or leading creative teams

Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design or Packaging Design
