As the business continues to scale, we are now looking to appoint a talented Senior Marketing Executive to support campaign delivery, drive engagement and help build awareness across key markets.
The day to day:
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in delivering hands-on marketing activity across multiple channels. You will help create engaging content, support campaign execution and ensure activity is delivered on time, consistent with brand tone and commercially aligned.
• Execute marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and support sales objectives
• Create engaging content including graphics, video, email and social media campaigns
• Support planning and delivery of events, exhibitions and industry conferences
• Manage day-to-day HubSpot activities and campaign workflows
• Drive engagement through new ideas, channels and approaches
• Track campaign performance, analyse results and recommend improvements
You will be a proactive marketer who enjoys being hands-on and creative, whilst also being comfortable working with data and results. You will thrive in a growing environment where no two days are the same and where you can genuinely see the impact of your work.
You’ll bring hands-on B2B marketing experience, ideally within cybersecurity or SaaS, with strong creative skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. You’ll be organised, curious, collaborative and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable experience:
• Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn and Google Ads
• Web design and user experience awareness
• Experience optimising digital advertising
• Ability to leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and creativity
In return:
• Base salary £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
• Bonus up to 10% performance-based
