As the business moves into its next growth phase, they are looking for a hands-on, strategic Marketing Lead to drive demand, shape brand positioning and support pipeline growth.
The day to day:
Reporting into the leadership team, you will take ownership of strategic marketing initiatives, building and delivering integrated, data-driven campaigns that create awareness, generate demand and support sales performance. You will work closely with Sales, Product and Leadership to ensure activity remains aligned, measurable and commercially focused.
• Lead strategic marketing activity across the business
• Drive demand generation using integrated, data-driven campaigns
• Build brand awareness and positioning within cyber security markets
• Work closely with Sales to align campaigns and pipeline performance
• Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies
• Plan and manage campaigns, budgets and performance
• Create content including blogs, videos, graphics and case studies
• Manage HubSpot workflows, automations and dashboards
• Support the MQL to SQL journey with Sales
• Track, report and improve campaign KPIs
• Use AI and marketing tools to scale output
• Provide insight on trends, competitors and market positioning
What we're looking for:
You’ll be an experienced, hands-on marketer who thrives in growth environments and enjoys balancing strategy with delivery and a strong focus on lead generation. You will bring proven B2B marketing experience within cybersecurity or SaaS, demonstrable success running measurable demand-generation campaigns and strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify technical ideas. You will be commercially minded, data-driven, execution focused and confident working both independently and collaboratively.
• HubSpot expertise and strong analytics/reporting confidence
• LinkedIn and digital ad optimisation
• Web design or development capability
• Event planning or community-building experience
In return:
• Base salary £65,000 to £80,000
• Bonus up to 20% performance-based
• Hybrid working with central Cheltenham office presence 2/3 days a week
