Our client specialises in the servicing, maintenance and repair of motorhomes, caravans and campervans, delivering exceptional customer service and high quality workmanship.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and personable individual who enjoys building relationships with customers and thrives in a varied, fast paced environment. Working as the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service throughout their vehicle's journey.
DAY TO DAY:

Welcoming customers and carrying out vehicle check ins upon arrival.

Creating and managing job cards using the internal CRM system.

Understanding customer requirements and communicating these effectively to the workshop team.

Providing regular updates to customers via telephone, email and face to face.

Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments.

Explaining completed work and any additional recommendations to customers.

Ordering parts and supporting stock management where required.

Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.

Building strong, lasting relationships with customers through honest, transparent communication.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

Previous experience within a Service Advisor, Customer Service or Service Administration position.

Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build rapport with customers.

A positive, proactive approach and genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Good IT skills and confidence using CRM or internal systems.

A practical or mechanical understanding of vehicles or maintenance would be advantageous.

The ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy environment.

A team player who is adaptable and happy to support different areas of the business when required.

A full UK driving licence together with access to your own transport, or you must live locally, as the site has NO public transport links.
BENEFITS:

£25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Permanent, full time opportunity.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

One in every three Saturdays, 9:00am to 1:00pm, paid at time and a half.
