Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping people get the most out of technology?
We're looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Software Trainer to join a growing technology business, delivering engaging training programmes to a wide range of clients and users.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in corporate training, technical training, clinical education or SaaS who enjoys combining technology, communication and people development.
You'll become a subject matter expert across the company's software solutions, working closely with clients to ensure they feel confident, capable and fully supported when adopting new systems.
The role offers plenty of variety, combining training delivery, content development, client interaction and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to make a genuine impact on how users experience and adopt technology.
The day to day
As Software Trainer, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training to both new and existing clients, adapting your approach to different audiences and levels of technical understanding.
You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure training is effective, engaging and aligned with their needs.

- Develop and administer competency assessments.
- Monitor training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather feedback from users and use this to continuously improve training content and delivery.
- Manage your own workload and training backlog, organising your time effectively.
- Support internal teams with product knowledge and training.
- Work alongside sales and account management teams to support software demonstrations, workshops and client engagements.
- Travel regularly to client sites to deliver onsite training and go-live support.

- Strong understanding of software and technology, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience using an LMS and/or screen-recording and video tools.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
- The ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- A patient, empathetic and adaptable approach when working with different users.
- A willingness to travel regularly for onsite client training and go-live support.
Experience within healthcare or knowledge of healthcare workflows would be advantageous but isn't essential.
We'd Love to See
We're particularly interested in people who are:
- Naturally confident and comfortable presenting to groups.
- Passionate about technology and how it can improve people's lives.
- Curious and enthusiastic about learning new products and systems.
- Highly organised and able to take ownership of their workload.
- Comfortable working independently while being a strong team player.
- Patient, approachable and able to adapt their communication style.
- Open to feedback and committed to continually improving.
- Confident working with people with very different levels of technical knowledge.
Why Join?
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative technology business where you'll have genuine responsibility and the opportunity to develop your career.
You'll receive:
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Option to buy and sell annual leave.
- Life assurance at 4 x annual salary.
