Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and leading lettings agency in Central Bristol, with the appointment of an experienced Student Property Manager to join their long-term lettings team.
This is a fantastic and hands-on opportunity, for an individual with prior property management experience to take ownership of their own portfolio, while building and maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and landlords.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing a landlord’s portfolio of student properties, acting as the main point of contact for this landlord and all tenants.
- Monitoring, reporting, and resolving maintenance issues with all relevant parties
- Organising certifications to ensure full compliance across the portfolio
- Conducting scheduled property visits and compiling detailed reports
- Completing property inventories, check-outs, and inspections
- Handling tenancy contract renewals
- Managing deposit returns, including disputes and negotiations
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- At least 1-2+ years property management experience in a hands-on, fast paced environment
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant property legislation
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

- Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends)
