We are on the lookout for a motivated individual to join their team in Newport as a Trainee or Junior Recruitment Consultant.
This role offers clear progression initially starting with candidate activity, moving through to client contact and billing aspects of the role, running and managing your own desk within 12-24 months.
DAY TO DAY:
- Proactively contacting candidates to register for roles, updating candidate notes, storing documents on the CRM
- Assessing suitability, availability and checking ID and qualifications, generating candidates
- Promoting roles on social media
- Briefing candidates on relevant roles, arranging and confirming all relevant paperwork
- Liaising with clients, taking briefs, negotiating on rates
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is preferred
- Confident communication skills with a professional approach
- Highly motivated, organised, and able to work at pace
- Resilient, ambitious, and eager to grow your career
- Sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not essential
