Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading estate and lettings agency known for delivering exceptional customer service and expert property advice. We’re looking for a motivated and personable Trainee Sales Negotiator/Sales Negotiator to join a friendly and dynamic team in Bradford-on-Avon.
We’re seeking a driven, professional individual with a genuine passion for property and people. You’ll have a confident, approachable manner, a strong work ethic, and the motivation to achieve targets while maintaining a high standard of service.
DAY TO DAY
- Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Meeting with clients visiting the office
- Responding to enquiries via e-mail
- Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuation and viewings for both the sales and lettings departments
- Booking of valuations and viewings
- Carrying out viewings and providing feedback to vendors
- Generating new business in a target-driven environment
- Learning how to progress new sales from the point of offer to completion
WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Motivated and hard-working
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A team player with a proactive and positive approach
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Be flexible to work every other Saturday, with a day off in lieu
