This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, providing key administrative support to Financial Planners and the Operations team, while ensuring excellent service to clients.

DAY TO DAY:
- Act as the first point of contact for client and product provider queries via phone and email.
- Prepare financial planning reports and standard letters, such as letters of authority and change of authority.
- Liaise with product providers to gather pricing and policy details.
- Maintain accurate client records and support onboarding processes.
- Assist with general office administration, including filing, scanning, and managing post.
WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades A-C) including Maths and English. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- Prior administrative experience or a keen interest in financial services.
- Ability to produce accurate and timely documentation.
